We partner with conferences and schools to support and showcase their student athletes. Whether we are providing a scholarship or highlighting athletic achievement, we are are committed to directly impacting the lives of every WinWon athlete.

Rylie, a rising senior at Mount Mercy University, is a passionate student-athlete majoring in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Biology. She is the starting libero for the women's volleyball team, where she has earned All-Conference honors and recognition for her defensive skills. Known for her hard work and high expectations, Rylie actively participates in community service projects and campus events. As a member of the ENACTUS Club, she engages in entrepreneurial activities that benefit the community. Rylie is dedicated to helping others and plans to pursue a career that combines her interests in healthcare and leadership.
Iva Sicar is a highly involved student-athlete at Mount Mercy University, majoring in physical therapy with a minor in psychology. Originally from Stara Pazova, Serbia, Iva's passion for physical therapy was solidified after recovering from a significant hand injury. She actively contributes to her community as an athlete, a manager for the athletic department, and in various roles across campus. Iva serves as an international representative in the Mount Mercy Senate and works as a Resident Assistant, helping new students adjust to campus life. Additionally, she is involved in the International Club and the Bandana Project, promoting cultural awareness and mental health on campus.
As a student at Baker University, Dylan has been consistently recognized for her academic achievements, including the Presidential Scholarship and consistent placement on the Dean’s List. She actively contributes to her community through Operation Gratitude, crafting paracord bracelets for active-duty members, and volunteers as a coach with the Lawrence Juniors Volleyball Club to inspire youth. On campus, Dylan plays key roles as a Wildcat Welcome Leader and University Admissions Ambassador, helping new students transition smoothly into college life. She also excels in her academic pursuits, participating in a prestigious research program at Kansas University focused on environmental engineering. Her leadership and dedication extend to tutoring physics and mentoring freshmen, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence and community service.
Liam has found a home at William Penn University, where the welcoming community and supportive faculty have transformed his college experience, motivating him to find countless ways to give back. Actively engaged on campus, he participates in clubs and practices leadership on a daily basis. He currently serves on the football leadership council and as the vice president of Alpha Sigma Chi fraternity. Passionate about education, Liam advocates for paid student teaching internships and represents the University at legislative events. His dedication extends to mentoring teammates and recruiting future students, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and leadership. After graduation, he plans to teach and coach, instilling the values of teamwork and perseverance in young athletes.
D’Artagnon “Dart” Beaver is a dedicated student-athlete at WPU, having transferred from Hawkeye Community College. He embraces leadership on and off the track, drawing inspiration from his faith and commitment to serving others. At WPU, he has found a community that values diversity, growth, and excellence, allowing him to thrive academically and athletically. Dart sees running as a metaphor for life's journey, using it to share his faith and connect with others. He is passionate about contributing to the WPU community and leaving a lasting impact through his leadership and service.
Olivia, a junior at Baker University, is an exceptional golfer, student leader, and Psychology major. Known for her dedication and sportsmanship on and off the golf course, she’s an active member of the Baker community. She has consistently earned her place on the Dean’s List while working to enhance student life campus-wide. She’s a member of the Psi Chi Honors Society, Vice President of the BU’s Association of Student Athletes, and Senate Class President. Olivia combines her love of golf with her passion for psychology and personal growth as a First Tee coach. Upon graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in clinical social work, focusing on young people in juvenile detention.
