St. Thomas University Partners with WinWon to Remodernize Athletic Department Operations

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — St. Thomas University has announced a new partnership with

WinWon, a leading provider of Athletic Department Software, to modernize and streamline athletic department operations across its programs.

St. Thomas University selected WinWon as their all-in-one athletic department management platform to replace a fragmented mix of software tools, including its previous recruiting system, and manual, paper-based processes across the athletic department. The Bobcats needed a centralized hub to streamline automations and strengthen compliance, and through this partnership, STU is bringing key operations under one roof—connecting compliance, eligibility, scheduling, communication, and document management within a single, unified platform.

Bill Rychel, Senior Vice President of Athletics at St. Thomas University shared, "We are excited to partner with WinWon. The platform streamlines many of the operations in our department that will allow our staff to be more efficient and productive. WinWon has the capability to encompass many of the daily and departmental tasks for our students and staff that clearly sets it apart from other products. Our move to WinWon will continue to allow are department to grow and thrive."

"We are thrilled to partner with St. Thomas University and to help them build upon their strong operating foundation," said Alex Hanley, CEO & Founder of WinWon. "They saw the amount of staff time going to disconnected systems, and chose a platform that brings recruiting, compliance, eligibility, scheduling, and communication into the same place. With those processes together, the hours that once went to manual processes will now go back to the department."

With this partnership, St. Thomas University is taking a forward-looking step toward a more efficient and connected athletic department. They are streamlining operations and strengthening compliance and eligibility processes, and ensuring the focus stays where it matters most: developing student-athletes and elevating the Bobcats athletics experience.
