Columbia College Partners with WinWon to Elevate Athletic Department Operations

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia College has announced a new partnership with WinWon, a leading provider of Athlete Management Software (AMS) and Athletic Department Software, to enhance efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across its athletic programs.

Through its partnership with WinWon, Columbia College will bring all athletic operations under one roof, connecting recruiting, roster management, scheduling, time tracking, and reporting within a single, unified platform. By leveraging WinWon’s modern technology, the Koalas will gain improved visibility into recruiting efforts, clearer communication, and greater transparency in facility usage.

“WinWon helps us bring consistency and accountability to how we operate across all sports, while also giving us a system that can grow alongside our department,” said Glen Crawford, Athletic Director at Columbia College. “From roster management to facility usage, having everything in one place improves organization, decision-making, and communication—not only within athletics, but across campus departments—adding real value to how we support our student-athletes and the College as a whole.”

“Columbia College is creating a foundation that allows its coaches and staff to operate with more clarity and connection,” said Alex Hanley, CEO and Co-Founder of WinWon Technologies. “By centralizing recruiting, scheduling, and compliance, the department is not just adopting new software—it’s adopting a new standard for how athletic operations should work. We’re proud to support their vision for a more unified and data-driven approach to athletics.”

With this partnership, Columbia College is building the digital infrastructure needed to drive its athletic department toward sustained success. The integration of all athletic operations into one connected system marks a significant step in the department’s modernization journey—empowering staff to make data-driven decisions, streamline day-to-day processes, and focus more fully on supporting student-athletes.
