West Liberty University Launches Partnership with WinWon to Transform Athletic Department Operations

WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. — West Liberty University has announced a new partnership with WinWon, a leading provider of Athlete Management Software (AMS) and Athletic Department Software, to centralize and streamline athletic operations across Hilltopper Athletics.

WinWon will unify key department processes that have long relied on disjointed systems. By bringing scheduling, communication, roster oversight, and compliance into one connected platform, the university will improve information flow, enhance day-to-day efficiency, and give coaches greater autonomy and visibility into their student-athletes. This partnership also strengthens the connection with the Mountain East Conference, where WinWon already supports multiple member institutions in creating more efficient and unified operations.

Brad Forshey, Director of Athletics, shared, “Partnering with WinWon is an exciting step forward for Hilltopper Athletics. Their platform gives our coaches and staff the tools to operate with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence, allowing us to spend more time where it matters most: supporting our student-athletes.” Forshey added, “This collaboration strengthens our commitment to excellence and innovation across all programs, and we’re proud to bring WinWon into the Hilltopper family.”

“West Liberty is doing exactly what the most forward-thinking athletic departments are doing: building a unified operating system that gives their coaches and student-athletes the clarity they deserve,” said Alex Hanley, CEO and Co-Founder of WinWon Technologies. “We’re proud to partner with an institution that leads with intention and invests in systems that elevate every program. Together, we’re creating an environment where staff can move faster, collaborate more effectively, and focus on what matters most.”

By adopting WinWon, West Liberty University is investing in a modern operational framework. The platform will streamline workflows, enhance communication, and provide reliable data access for coaches and administrators, supporting the continued success of Hilltopper Athletics on and off the field.
