Montana State University Billings Athletics Digitized Recruiting and Compliance Tracking With WinWon

BILLINGS, Mont. — Montana State University Billings (MSUB) Athletics has signed on with WinWon, an Athletic Department Software provider, to move recruiting paperwork, eligibility tracking, and day-to-day compliance work off spreadsheets and paper forms and onto a single automated and digital platform.

MSUB's move to WinWon expands document delivery beyond current roster athletes to include official visit paperwork for incoming recruits, streamlining a process that was previously tracked by hand. With WinWon, MSUB Athletics can now send and e-sign recruiting documents with prospects before they ever set foot on campus. Coaches can also text and email recruits directly from the platform, keeping every touchpoint in one place.

MSUB Athletics supports roughly 250 student-athletes across its programs. By centralizing recruiting, compliance, and communication in one platform, the department expects to cut down on manual data entry and give its staff more time to work directly with coaches and student-athletes.
