Before WinWon, recruiting at LSUS meant juggling multiple spreadsheets, manual notes, and countless texts between coaches. Every update required time, formatting, and memory—often resulting in confusion about which version was current.

Today, the entire staff recruits, tracks, and communicates directly inside WinWon. Challenge

Like many collegiate programs, LSUS Baseball managed recruiting through a web of spreadsheets, emails, and group texts.
