MidAmerica Nazarene University Partners with WinWon to Streamline Athletic Operations

MidAmerica Nazarene University Athletic Director Ryan Thompson is pleased to announce a new partnership with WinWon, a sports technology company, to support the operational success of MNU Athletics.

WinWon is a best-in-class technology platform that enables athletic departments across the country to run seamlessly. At MNU, the platform will streamline academic eligibility and roster management while also creating a unified space for schedules, communication, and collaboration. This partnership will help coaches and administrators reclaim time, empower staff with modern tools, and provide student-athletes with a clear and consistent experience.

Ryan Thompson, Athletic Director at MNU, commented, “We believe WinWon will be a valuable partner in helping us streamline our processes at MNU. We’re excited about the road ahead and the impact this partnership will have for our coaches, staff, and student-athletes.”

Bridget Barney, Associate Athletic Director of Compliance & Internal Operations, shared, “Sophie Suechting from WinWon personally onboarded our coaches, administrators and appropriate staff. Her attention to detail, instruction and professional touches allowed for a seamless transition. Our coaches left the onboarding excited about WinWon’s abilities and pleased with its user-friendliness.”

“We’re honored to partner with MNU’s values-driven athletics program,” said Alex Hanley, Co-Founder & CEO of WinWon. “Together, we’re building a clear, modern operating rhythm—one place for schedules, communication, rosters, and eligibility—so coaches reclaim time and athletes always know what’s next.”

Todd Garrett, Vice President for University Advancement & Athletics, added, “The newly formed relationship with WinWon is an exciting partnership for MidAmerica Nazarene University, our athletic department leadership and our coaching staff. When considering a product that equips our department with the tools that support centralizing their work, improve campus efficiency and accountability, WinWon has provided this for us. The resources WinWon has developed extend beyond tools and tricks, it is evident it makes our programs better, shaping how we and other universities will manage our athletic departments in the future.”

This partnership underscores the growing role of sports technology platforms in collegiate athletics. At MidAmerica Nazarene University, where NAIA coaches and staff manage eligibility, rosters, and day-to-day operations, adopting WinWon provides a practical way to streamline athletic department workflows. By investing in modern athletic operations software, MNU is taking a forward-looking step to strengthen its athletics program while continuing to prioritize the student-athlete experience.
